Gregory Vartanian

Gregory Vartanian is a Commercial Investment Advisor with One West Group | eXp Commercial, specializing in multifamily, mixed-use, industrial, retail, office, and net lease investment properties throughout the Metropolitan New York and New Jersey markets.

Gregory brings more than 40 years of business experience to his practice, beginning as an early pioneer in building, selling, programming, and servicing personal computers before moving into entrepreneurship, private lending, and real estate investment. Over the past 20 years he has acquired fix-and-flip and buy-and-hold properties individually and with select partners, and has worked with REO servicers on bank-owned opportunities, tax liens, and tax deed sales. Today he advises investors on identifying and evaluating opportunities ranging from 1-4 unit residential to commercial multifamily and mixed-use assets, underwritten to each client’s cap rate and return objectives.
